Program Description
Study duration: July 22-Agu 17.
In view of the actual Chinese level of learners, we offer a short-term language training to improve their listening and speaking skills of Chinese quickly. So they can make simple and practical Chinese communication. At the same time, they can experience Chinese culture and enrich their exotic lives in a relaxed and happy learning state. In addition, we can arrange all kinds of cultural activities according to the requirements of the group.
I. Target Students
Chinese language learners who have learn Chinese for a while or doesn’t know Chinese at all.
II. Teaching Time
Four weeks.
There are about 22 Chinese language lesson periods each week. We also provide extracurricular language practice and Chinese culture experience lesson.
III. Teaching Objectives
Improve the students’ Chinese listening and speaking skills in a short time so that they can use simple and practical Chinese to communicate. In the meanwhile, help the students experience Chinese culture in a joyful study environment.
IV. Teaching Characteristics
Combining language learning with culture experience, class teaching with one-on-one tutoring, and classroom instruction with extracurricular practice.
V. Curriculum
(1) Language courses:
Oral Chinese (8 sessions/week)
Sentence Structure Practice (8 sessions/week)
Chinese Conversation (4 sessions/week. This is one-on-one tutoring.)
(2)Culture courses:
Chinese Culture (2 sessions/week)
Chinese Songs (2 sessions/week)
Tai Ji (2 sessions/week)
(3) Others: Culture experience of Yantai (e.g. visiting Yantai Museum, Yangma Island, Chateau Changyu-Castel, Chateau Wine Culture Museum, etc.)
VI. Fees
(1) Application fee: RMB 300
(2) Tuition: RMB 2500/4 weeks (about 80 teaching periods). The tuition needs to be paid one week before the summer camp starts and is non-refundable.
(3) Insurance: RMB 160.
(4) Accommodation: RMB 900 per person/4 weeks (double room. Electricity and internet fee included)
Facilities: toilet, bathroom, wardrobe, bookshelf, writing desk, telephone, drinking fountain, air conditioner, internet, bedding, etc.

5. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
